1. About This Platform & Who Operates It

This website is operated by Universal Network Development LLC (doing business as “U.N.D Industries,” referred to here as “U.N.D Industries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company. By accessing or using this site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Use.

U.N.D Industries is a creative-technology company offering music, software, games, digital products, and related services. The site is a static front-end hosted on GitHub Pages, backed by Supabase for account authentication, community features, and storefront data. The site includes a store through which digital products may be purchased or accessed.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability and data integrity, but the service is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted uptime, data persistence, or feature availability.

2. Purchases, Digital Products & Licenses

Some products are sold directly or through third-party storefronts (such as Itch.io). When you purchase a digital product or license key:

  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use that product under any license terms that accompany it. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying software or content.
  • License keys are for your use only and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
  • Because products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If a product is defective or you were charged in error, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
  • Where a purchase is completed on a third-party platform, that platform's payment, refund, and delivery terms also apply.

Prices and product availability may change at any time. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages or payment processing issues.

3. Security Scope & Limitations

Authentication is powered by Supabase — passwords are hashed server-side and never stored in plaintext. However, this is a consumer creative-technology platform, not a high-security vault for sensitive personal data.

  • Do not use this account to store sensitive data, financial credentials, or anything requiring high-security protection.
  • Do not enter financial information, government IDs, medical data, or any sensitive personal information anywhere on this site.
  • Use a unique password not shared with other services — standard practice for any online account.

U.N.D Industries is not responsible for any consequences arising from a user entering sensitive data on this site.

4. No Professional Advice

Content on this site — including text, visuals, tool descriptions, and system overviews — is provided for demonstration and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, security, or any other form of professional advice. You should not rely on any content here as a substitute for professional consultation.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for what you choose to enter on this site. Do not submit:

  • Passwords or credentials used on other services.
  • Financial information of any kind.
  • Government-issued identification numbers.
  • Medical or health information.
  • Any content you would not want stored in a database or seen by site administrators.

6. Intellectual Property

All original music, recordings, lyrics, artwork, branding, logos, and written content associated with UND Tyzen and U.N.D Industries are the exclusive property of their respective owners. This includes but is not limited to:

  • All released and unreleased music by UND Tyzen.
  • The U.N.D Industries name, logo, and brand identity.
  • All visual design, imagery, and creative content on this site.

You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, repost, or reuse any content from this site without explicit written permission from U.N.D Industries.

7. Third-Party Services

This site may embed or link to third-party services including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, BandLab, Instagram, and TikTok. These services are independently operated and governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

U.N.D Industries has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, terms, or data practices of any third-party platform. Your use of those services is subject to their own rules, not these Terms.

9. Data Collection Modes

Logged-in users can choose their data collection mode from the account dashboard. The available modes are:

  • Standard (default): Only data you submit (account credentials, display name, contact messages) is stored. No passive collection occurs.
  • Advanced: Registers your opt-in preference for future optional personalization features. Does not activate any third-party tracking or analytics tools at any time.

Mode selection is stored in your account. You can change it at any time. Deleting your account removes your mode preference along with all other account data.

10. Changes to These Terms

U.N.D Industries may update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available at this page (/terms.html). Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
